If it comes closely, it does not need to run. Slow eating walks on foot, with our legs, of hand to hand.

How good those black olives! Only the colorful transparency of our display window divides the kitchen from the dining room, so that we can see each other face to face and there is short distance between the job and the pleasure.

For all the types of cooking and food trasformation we use only Extra-virgin olive oil, made in native place. Long life to the olive trees of the Iblei Mountains!
